This garden in Malone in Belfast was previously planted with bamboo. Unfortunately the variety planted was one that spreads through underground rhizomes. The bamboo had spread and taken over the back garden. We were tasked with removing the bamboo, putting up new trellis and re-planting.
With the design of the back garden we had to bring a digger in through a neighbouring car park in order to dig out the bamboo by the roots. Trellis panels were spray painted off site and bespoke planters constructed for Bay trees and Lillies. Exterior flower beds have all been planted too.
