WE HAVE ALSO TAKEN BOOKINGS RIGHT THROUGH TO MAY / JUNE 2021.
Before the Northern Ireland lockdown the company was booked up into October 2020. Having experienced delays in our supply chain our normal schedule was postponed for a number of months. As a result this has pushed back the timings of our previously booked jobs taking us right up to the end of the year. There has been a significant rise in the amount of landscaping projects as people during the recent lockdown, realised how important a good garden was for general health and well being. As a result we have a number of customers who have booked us early for next year.
If recommending us to friends and family ensure they make contact early to avoid disappointment.
Be aware of contractors able to carry out work within days or a few weeks of making contact. We have seen and fixed the results of this.
We are in unprecedented times, and like businesses across the country we are adapting the way we work in response to COVID-19.
Can still proceed if deemed necessary. Social distancing rules apply and there will no longer be any exchange of site plans hand to hand.
Future customers can provide measurements and photographs of future jobs remotely. It will be necessary to ask about the accuracy of the measurements, and no responsibility can be taken for an inaccurate quotation due to a measurement error.
We ask that customers respect the current 2 meters social distancing rules and contact us prior to arrival if they display any symptoms of the virus.
We appreciate the hospitality of our clients but we have taken the decision not to accept any prepared food or drinks, or to enter the home of our clients unless necessary for access in the interest of safety for both parties.
We fully appreciate a client may not wish to have us working on-site during these times, please make us aware of your plans to postpone the work. The client may re-arrange their work for a time they feel safer without losing their place in our schedule.
