Completely renew this back garden. The garden suffered from a lot of water running into it from gardens further up the slope. A key item in this garden was draining the lawn and having no surface water pond on the new patio areas.
With this key aim in mind, we drained the garden extensively and have laid the Tobermore Historic flags on paving screed. This ensured that they have a completely solid base maintaining the gentle gradient for the removal of rainwater for years to come.
All manholes have been recessed with new metal units and a brand new platform connected to the conservatory steps allow for placement of summer bedding plants in pots.
The newly drained lawn was re-sown and edged with charcoal Tobermore Kerbstones.
